SELLER DOES NOT WARRANT THE MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRODUCT SOLD OR ITS FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No express or implied warranty is made in respect to the goods. If any model or sample was shown Buyer, such model or sample was used merely to illustrate the general type and quality of the goods and not to represent that the goods would necessarily be of that type or nature.

BUYER'S REMEDIES
The Buyer's exclusive and sole remedy on account or in respect of the furnishing of non-conforming material shall be to secure replacement thereof. The Seller shall not in any event be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages to anyone. This warranty does not cover the cost of labor. The Seller’s liability is limited to free replacement or refund of the purchase price, at Seller’s option, provided return or rejection is made within a reasonable period.

VINYL STRAP CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

To clean vinyl strap use soap and water. Rinse thoroughly after cleaning. Cleaning should be done on a 3-4 week schedule.

It is recommended that towels be used on vinyl strap to protect the vinyl from body oils, sunscreens, suntan lotions and chlorine. It's more hygienic to use a towel when sitting on a chair.

Do not clean with solvents or harsh chemicals, disinfectant cleaners or sanitizers. Vinyl strap is a porous material. Many cleaners, disinfectants and and chemicals are meant for hard non porous surfaces only and will degrade vinyl strap. Soap and water are more effective than hand sanitizers at removing germs according to the CDC*. Follow directions on labels of cleaners carefully and make sure to rinse furniture and vinyl strap thoroughly.
