9" is the measurement from end to end. It is made of steel and is zinc coated with silver chromate. You can spray paint over the chromate. Hangers are bolted to the frame (bolts not included). Bolt lengths and diameters would depend on original part sizes. Re-use or try to match the original bolts. We suggest stainless steel with locknuts.

30-934 - Heavy Duty Aluminum Rocker Plate Swivel Seat Post 1 1/2" center hole to center hole. Our new part is aluminum and does not rust. You can paint or powder coat them to match frame of furniture. Does not include rocker spring plates, rectangular washers, bolts, nuts and plastic seat post bushings. Recommend 1/4" Stainless Steel hex head bolts and lock nuts

The 30-918 is only available in black. The black finish was added to the spring plate by the manufacturer because it has an ingredient that makes it possible for the furniture manufacturers to powder coat the chair frames after they are assembled. The black finish will hold an electrostatic charge that attracts the powder. You can spray paint the plates with aerosol paint from a local paint or hardware store. You should be able to find an aerosol paint that will come close to matching the original considering most of the spring plate is not exposed.
Fiberglass Rocker Spring Plates do not have holes drilled. You will need to use the old spring plate as a template to measure and drill hole to fit your furniture. It is suggested that you use a drill press to make sure the holes are straight. Re-assemble the parts the same way that you took them apart. There should be a metal plate or washer between the bolt head and the spring plate.
The 30-919 is only available in black. 30-408 - Steel Weld Cup 1 1/2" Inside Diameter Steel Cup for Replacing Wrought Iron Welded Foot Center hole is 3/8" diameter (Parts #30-612, #30-612b and #30-614 fit into this metal weld cup.)

The 30-408 - 1 1/2" I.D. Steel Weld Cups are unfinished and may have surface rust when you receive them. These parts are made to be welded to the legs of wrought iron furniture. They cannot be zinc plated, anodized, galvanized or metalized because those finishes will cause harmful fumes for the welder. It is impossible to completely stop unfinished steel parts from rusting on the surface. The 30-408 parts are coated with oil to help reduce the amount of oxidation that causes rust. They should be degreased by cleaning with soap and hot water before they are welded or painted. The welding will cause the part to burn so you will need to clean the welded foot after the welding by sanding, wire wheel polishing or sand blasting before they are prepared for paint.
30-409 - Steel Weld Cup 1 1/4" Inside Diameter Steel Cup for Replacing Wrought Iron Welded Foot Center hole is 3/8" diameter (Parts #30-611 and #30-613 fits into this metal weld cup.)

30-916 - Table Rim Clip 1.575" X .760" Nylon Clip Supports Glass and Acrylic Table Tops in Rim - White Nylon Table Rim Clips are used to secure the glass or acrylic top up into the removable table rim. They do not screw on. They are bent to push the top up into the rim.
