Our Company
PATIO PRODUCTS, INC. ® is a distributor of vinyl strap, parts, powder
coatings and matching aerosols, outdoor fabrics and accessories used in
manufacturing, refinishing and maintenance of outdoor patio furniture. Our
color selection is incorporated in each product line that we sell. For example; if a customer would like the
painted frame of the furniture to match the sling fabric, cushions or vinyl
strap we can provide them with matching colors in each product line.
VINYL STRAP
Casual furniture OEMs and refinishers worldwide have used our vinyl strap since 1986. Patio Products manufactures pre-cut vinyl strap and sells vinyl as straps pre-cut to size, by the foot, by the roll or by the pallet. We stock 52 colors and 5
different sizes. Our vinyl, extruded for outdoor use, is commercial quality 100% virgin vinyl strap with ultra
violet inhibitors manufactured into the product.
PARTS
Patio shops, refinishers and OEMs have used Patio Product's wide selection of parts to help them in the procurement of hard to get patio
furniture replaceable parts. We stock nylon inserts, snap rivets, caps, glides, metal clips, umbrella parts, sled
runners, tire extrusions, wheels, aluminum wheel hubs, adjustment brackets, sling inserts and other miscellaneous parts.
POWDER COATINGS AND MATCHING AEROSOL PAINTS
Our custom matched powder coatings offer the ability to paint the frames of metal outdoor furniture to match or blend with our vinyl and
fabrics. The powder is TGIC polyester and is formulated for outdoor use. Many powder coaters have found that they can
offer our paint colors for other products like fencing, railing, and house shutters. Each solid color powder
has a matching aerosol paint. We sell the powder in 5 pound, 10 pound and 50 pound boxes. Aerosols are in 12 ounce cans.
SLING FABRIC
Patio Products now offers a wide selection of Polyester Vinyl Coated (P.V.C.)/Olefin for outdoor slings, cushions and umbrellas. We stock TEXTILENE® 80 in solid colors that match our powder coatings,
aerosol paints and vinyl strap. TEXTILENE® Wicker Weave is available in 2 colors. Several
Phifertex® Wicker Weave, Jacquard Plus, Novelty and stripe-weave collection fabrics are also available.
Stock fabric is sold by the linear 1/2 yard or by the bolt. We also offer non-stocked Twitchell® special order fabrics by the linear yard or by the bolt.
SOLUTION-DYED ACRYLIC FABRIC
Patio Products now offers premium 100 percent solution-dyed woven acrylic fabric designed for use on cushions, umbrellas, awnings and marine applications. It dries fast, cleans easily and offers unprecedented protection from the sun. The fabric's UV Protection Factor (UPF) is 50+, which is as high as the rating goes and more than three times the sun protection recommended by leading cancer researchers. Due to it's ultra high UV protection, it resists fading.
It is available in 9.25-ounce Marine-Weight Outdura® for boat tops, canopies, covers, marine cushions, awnings and umbrellas and in 8-ounce Furniture-Weight Outdura® for upholstery, cushions and umbrellas. Outdura® dries fast, cleans easily and offers unprecedented protection from the sun.
ACRYLIC TABLE TOPS
Patio Products stocks many of the most popular round sizes. Our acrylic is clear with a hammered glass like finish.
All acrylic tops are a .220" thickness. Tops may be ordered with or without 2" umbrella hole.

at all times and available for immediate shipment. To many of our customers we are a just in time supplier. We consolidate orders from each of our
product lines into single shipments to reduce freight costs.
