Precut Polypropelene Sling Spline

54" length comes in 7/32" and 1/4" diameter.  More rigid and slightly less flexible than vinyl sling spline.  Easier to insert into pre-sewn sling spline.

  Bonded 100% Polyester Thread - 92 Weight with UV Protection for outdoor use

Bonded 100% Polyester Thread is made from a corded thread, a high strength resilient and continuous filament polyester.  It is bonded with a finish and assures unraveling.  The bonded finish adds strength and reduces fraying at needle eye.   92 weight has been found to be strong enough to support the seams of slings, cushions and umbrellas.  Thread is available in 1 Lb. (white, black and leisure brown), 1/2 Lb. (dark green, royal blue, navy blue, red, natural and gold) and Bobbin (white, black, leisure brown and gold) sizes.

Included in this program are Twitchell fabrics that Patio Products does not stock but are available on a drop ship basis directly from Twitchell.  These selected fabrics that Twitchell stocks can be purchased by the whole linear yard or by the bolt. 
There is a $3 cut charge per item and a $5 handling charge per order.
