Return Policy

All requests for exchanges and returns must be made by email through the "Contact Us" page on our website. Returns and exchanges must be received within 20 days of original order. Upon approval you will be given a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returned goods will not be accepted without an RA #.

Replacement parts and vinyl strapping are returnable and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. They must be unused and in good condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We will refund the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling fees and applicable restocking fees. Customer is responsible for items lost or damaged during the return.

For all exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges and additional costs of new parts, if applicable. Exchanges will be accepted within 20 days of original order only.

Any vinyl less than full roll (precut straps or by the foot), cut yardage fabric, and special order tires are not returnable or refundable.
