Our Company

PATIO PRODUCTS, INC. ® is a distributor of vinyl strap, parts, powder coatings and matching aerosols, outdoor fabrics and accessories used in manufacturing, refinishing and maintenance of outdoor patio furniture. Our color selection is incorporated in each product line that we sell. For example; if a customer would like the painted frame of the furniture to match the sling fabric, cushions or vinyl strap we can provide them with matching colors in each product line.

VINYL STRAP
Casual furniture OEMs and refinishers worldwide have used our vinyl strap since 1986. We sell vinyl as straps pre-cut to size, by the foot, by the roll or by the pallet. We stock 52 colors and 5 different sizes. Our vinyl, extruded for outdoor use, is commercial quality 100% virgin vinyl strap with ultra violet inhibitors manufactured into the product.

PARTS
Patio shops, refinishers and OEMs have used Patio Product’s wide selection of parts to help them in the procurement of hard to get patio furniture replaceable parts. We stock nylon inserts, snap rivets, caps, glides, metal clips, umbrella parts, sled runners, tire extrusions, wheels, aluminum wheel hubs, adjustment brackets, sling inserts and other miscellaneous parts.

POWDER COATINGS AND MATCHING AEROSOL PAINTS
Our custom matched powder coatings offer the ability to paint the frames of metal outdoor furniture to match or blend with our vinyl and fabrics. The powder is TGIC polyester and is formulated for outdoor use. Many powder coaters have found that they can offer our paint colors for other products like fencing, railing, and house shutters. Each solid color powder  has a matching aerosol paint. We sell the powder in 5 pound, 10 pound and 50 pound boxes. Aerosols are in 12 ounce cans.

FABRIC
Patio Products now offers a wide selection of vinyl coated polyester and P.V.C./Olefin fabrics designed for outdoor use. Our complete line can be used as sling, cushion and umbrella material. We stock Textilene® 80 in 15 solid colors that match our powder coatings, aerosol paints and vinyl strap. Textilene® Wicker Weave is available in 6 colors.  Leisuretex® P.V.C./Olefin is stocked in 13 new fabrics.  Several Phifertex® Cane Wicker, Jacquard Plus, Novelty and stripe-weave collection fabrics are also available. Fabric is sold by the linear yard or by the bolt.

ACRYLIC TABLE TOPS
Patio Products stocks many of the most popular round sizes. Our acrylic is clear with a hammered glass like finish. All acrylic tops are a .220" thickness.   Tops may be ordered with or without 2" umbrella hole.

CASUAL CLEAN®
Patio Products introduced Casual Clean® Cleaner and Patio Furniture Brush to the casual furniture market in 1993. Since that time, many individuals, patio shops, hotels, motels, resorts, apartment complexes, condominiums and water parks have used our Casual Clean® products. We developed Casual Clean® to be a highly concentrated multipurpose cleaner / degreaser formulated for the care and maintenance of outdoor furniture and related products. Casual Clean® is available in 32-ounce spray bottles, gallon containers and 5-gallon drums. The Casual Clean® Patio Furniture Brush makes the job of cleaning patio furniture easier. The wedge-shaped design and long polyester bristles help get to hard to reach places between the straps and frames. It can attach to a hose to brush and rinse thoroughly. Frequent cleaning with Casual Clean® and Brush will help prolong the look and life of your patio furniture.
